Preview: Arsenal vs Burnley, Chelsea vs QPR, Manchester City vs Manchester United
Arsenal are slowly going about their business at the moment and picking up points where it matters. Burnley travel to the Emirates this week in what should be a tough game for both teams. Arsenal have drawn three consecutive games at homes and they will be looking to make amends. Burnley are still struggling with life in the Premier league and find themselves three points off the bottom of the table. Alexis Sanchez has found some form recently and will be the main threat for Burnley. A home win is expected. Chelsea look to continue their unbeaten run this weekend as Harry Redknapp’s Queens Park Rangers head to Stamford Bridge. Chelsea were not far away from getting the win against United last weekend, but the Red Devils grabbed a point in the last minute. In midweek, Blues also scraped a win against a weak Shrewsbury Town side, so Jose Mourinho’s men will be looking to win in style. Diego Costa is expected to make his return as is Loic Remy. QPR on the other hand are fighting for points and they will be high in confidence after their first win of the season against Aston Villa. QPR will be without Rio Ferdinand, who is serving a suspension for comments made on Twitter, but a shock return could be on the cards for Adel Taraabt, who has had a long standing feud with Redknapp. Chelsea will pick up the three points here after a comfortable afternoon. The Manchester Derby takes place this Sunday and it should be an interesting game. Manchester United fresh off the back of a well deserved point against a strong Chelsea team, whilst Manchester City are struggling with their form having dropped too many points already in the league. Sergio Aguero is going to cause United problems in defence as his form is unbelievable at the moment, whilst Samir Nasri is expected to return from injury with a place on the bench. United still have their injury concerns, but Wayne Rooney is likely to return along with Radamel Falcao to help boost their strike power. Louis van Gaal may opt to stick with Marouane Fellaini in midfield after his performances in their last two games. Both teams could share the points in this encounter.
